At Additional Aids Mobility, we believe that the largest part of an assessment is listening attentively to our customer’s needs and observing their abilities when trying the products we carry. We run through a list of questions with you in a friendly way to ensure we guide you to the options that will best serve your mobility requirements and encourage you to try a range of products within those options so you are able to make an informed choice.

If you are having trouble walking, sitting or sleeping, or simply find your quality of life has deteriorated over recent months, please contact us for an in-store or at-home assessment of your mobility needs. We’d love to help you regain your quality of life and enjoy better health and movement through the range of products we offer.

How To Choose Right Product

We believe that trying out the products before you purchase can help you choose the right mobility aid for your needs, but also recommend that the following points are considered when choosing the right scooter, wheelchair, stairlift or other mobility aid:

Is the retailer qualified to provide a full and comprehensive assessment of your personal needs as well as your domestic requirements?

Will you be able to contact the seller for ongoing support and advice as you become accustomed to the mobility aid you have chosen?

Are home assessments offered as a free alternative to visiting the seller’s store?

Can the seller measure you correctly for specialist seating, a mobility scooter or electric profiling bed?

Is the selection of mobility aids carried by the seller wide enough to provide more than one option for your needs?

Our Team Will Help With Making the Right Choice
